Our Story

My Executive Secretary (MES) provides professional remote administration and accounts support to trades and small businesses across Brisbane. Our team helps business owners stay focused on their work while we manage the office tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

Our administration professionals bring extensive experience in finance, accounts administration and business operations. Collectively, our team has worked across industries including construction, insurance, equipment hire and community services. This broad experience allows us to understand the day-to-day challenges faced by busy businesses and respond quickly and professionally to customer enquiries, paperwork and financial administration.

The MES team supports businesses with accounts receivable and accounts payable management, quoting, invoicing, customer communication and general administration.

Our role is to ensure your customers receive prompt responses, invoices are issued on time and your business records remain organised and accurate for your Accountants.

Our team members have previously worked in roles such as finance and administration, accounts receivable specialists, claims, analysis, and revenue specialists within well-established organisations. Through these roles we have developed strong skills in financial processes, reporting, credit management and customer service.

We are experienced in working with a range of business and accounting systems including Xero, NetSuite, JDE and other financial platforms. This allows us to integrate easily into your existing business processes and provide efficient support from day one.
